Unauthorized guest staying overnight are subject to $40 per night charge.

Leave furniture in its original place.

Turn off lights and air conditioning when vacating the unit.

Make sure front door locks, back doors are locked, and windows closed when leaving the unit.

No smoking in the unit or in the hallways, subject to $500 fine.

Pets are allowed max of 2 pets each must be under 25 pounds. Any pets that were not pre-approved and/or any number of pets over the amount of 2 and/or over 25 lbs. are subject to $500 fine.

Utilities are included up to $150 per month in the event the utilities are over this amount for the month the difference is the responsibility of the tenant(s).

Please be mindful of neighbors and guests, to keep compliance with community and keep noise down after 10 pm.

Please note that if loud noise continues after 10 pm, you will be notified.

Pets are not permitted on furniture.

If any house rules are broken, S&L Home Stay Properties will be notified, and security deposit is subject to deduction.
